Payment
I accept PayPal only. You can pay through PayPal immediately upon checkout by clicking the "Pay with PayPal" button after submitting your order. Please try to pay within 24 hours of purchase. If you have special circumstances, please contact me prior to purchase if possible. Orders without payment received within 72 hours will be cancelled.

Shipping
I ship within 1 to 3 business days after payment is received. Custom orders may require additional time, and I can give you a quote as to how long it will take to create and ship a design. I will not ship an item until payment is received in full.

For domestic orders I charge $2.95 per item and each additional item purchased together ships free. I use USPS first class mail. For international orders I charge $4.95 and ship first class international mail.

Shipping charges do not include insurance, but this can be added if you would like. Please email me prior to ordering and I will give you instructions for checkout. Additional charges to insure $1.65 for up to $50.00 in merchandise, $2.05 for up to $100.00 in merchandise, $2.45 for up to $200.00 in merchandise.

Refunds and Exchanges
I want you to be happy with your jewelry, so I accept returns within 10 days of purchase as long as the item is returned in the original condition. I unfortunately cannot refund shipping charges or paypal fees.
